This thread summarises all questions about applications from our Data Surgery that took place on 12/1/2018

- What questions can we ask applicants to reduce rejections?
- Is there a better way to show applicant that they fit the criteria / should apply?
- Who can we signpost failed applications to? / How can we redirect applicants that are rejected?
- How can we attract ideas/applicants from people who aren’t already in our network, and additionally, not having any bias for/against their applications when received?
