Two questions:

  1. How can funders decide which issues are most likely to need funding in the coming five years, and which are more likely to be well funded?

  2. How can open data tell us where statutory services are no longer available at all? (eg parts of the country where there are no emergency women’s shelters, or libraries, or youth clubs)
