Questions from a church heritage funder

Here are a few things we would be interested to find out that may or may not be possible to establish through 360 data:

How many other funders contribute to each project that we fund?
How much additional funding does our grant award bring in?
For the projects we are interested in, but that have not been funded by HLF or Big Lottery, how does the applicant manage to raise the full funds? What % of the income they raise is from local efforts and reserves, rather than grants?
Is it possible to identify a core series of questions that all funders ask of capital projects?
What long-term saving is made on building repairs by spending a smaller amount on maintenance in the short-term?
