Reporting and the loss of shared learning

How many funders publish or/and share the wealth of data and insights-rich information from the reporting requirements their grantees fulfil?
What is the reason behind the number/proportion?
Are some funders, or fields such as health or education, better than others at sharing? Why? And what can be replicated from these experiences to increase overall knowledge across the sector, for both donors and charities?

Good question! We have a similar one: How do funders help maximise the power of their collective learning and help align and link up the work of their grantees?
